FAQ's

Install the app, signup and validate your Gov photo ID and Driving license, You have to be 18 years and above, must have a valid Driving license.

Once you have signed up and your driving license is validated ( We take maximum 24 hours to validate driving license ) simply login to app look for nearby vehicle availability select book and ride. You will be informed during the ride about the battery capacity and mileage available.

We give the freedom to ride the vehicle for your last mile commute but for better services and your safety please follow user adequate

Once you exceed the base fare value you will be charged INR 1.5 per minute irrespective of the KM.
